multi-lingual service to provide information, advice and help to some of the most vulnerable residents in Camden and Westminster.

We offer a multi-lingual service to provide information, advice and help in the following areas:
Private and Social Housing problems
Housing benefits
Council Tax benefits
Disability benefits
Universal Credit
Job Seekers Allowance
State Pension and Pension Credit
Working and Child Tax Credits
Fuel poverty
Help with benefit, passport and other forms
Telephone, online advice service, in person
Mondays, 12.00pm to 4.00pm
Tuesdays, 10.00am to 5.00pm
In person advice on alternative Tuesdays and Thursdays (by appointment only)

The Fitzrovia Advice Service has operated under Fitzrovia Neighbourhood Association since 1976. From 1 April 2026 it transferred to Fitzrovia Community Centre.
