Whether you are a company or an individual, there are several ways to get involved in this popular event.
SPONSORSHIP AND PROMOTION
We have several sponsorship opportunities such from sponsoring a workshop to being a key sponsor to help fund the community stage. Starting at £500, you will be included in the promotional materials and posts which target over 12,500 local households in Fitzrovia as well as the business community.
Your help will be communicated and displayed to 1,000 local people at the event and you can display the ‘Supporter of Fitzrovia Community Centre’ badge for the next 12 months.

FREE STALL FOR COMMUNITY PARTNERS
Community groups will be granted a stall at no charge whilst businesses pay only £500 for their stall. It is fantastic exposure to the Fitzrovia community, not just on the day, but through the event marketing, PR and promotion - pre and post event.
If you are running an activity, all we ask is that it has an arts or sustainability theme, or is a service for the community.

VOLUNTEERS
An event of this size relies on volunteers from the local community. It’s a great way of getting to know other like-minded people. Volunteers are required in advance of the event to help secure tombola and raffle prizes, and also on the day.
At the event, volunteers will be needed to help set up, clear up, running the tombola, manning the toys and book stall, selling cakes, drinks and ice creams, stewarding and directing, keeing track of visitor numbers and encouraging visitors to be involved.

DONATIONS
We need tombola and raffles prizes to raise money for our charitable work. This could include vouchers, unwanted gifts, experiences such as beauty treatments, concert or football tickets.
If you are having a summer clear-out, we are wanting books and toys in good condition for the Toys and Book stall. These can be brought to the centre at any time.
If you love baking, please bring some goodies for our cake stall to be sold on the day. They can be brought to the centre the day before the event or on the day. Please write down all the ingredients in case of allergies.
