Training goal: A 2km run through the park to the Olympic track, there will be an invigorating 5-10 minute full body workout followed by sprint intervals to fire up your fast twitch muscle fibres. We will then head back through the park taking a slightly longer route of 2.5km. You will strengthen your cardiovascular system, sculpt your physique and ultimately feel totally awesome!
